Maintaining weight and losing inches?

So once I get to that 4 stone total loss I am aiming to maintain and focus purely on the gym.

How possible do you think it is to go down another jeans size with just exercise no dieting?

I'd love a size 10 but with such a long pale face I don't dare go any further down, I hated the way I use to look... once upon a time I was skinny and wanted to gain weight

I think it's possible! That's what I'm trying to do anyway! Well *trying*, it actually involves exercise, which I've not done in a long time!

There's plenty of people out there that have done it though! I did a lot of reading into weight lifting and a lot of women actually gained weight but dropped a lot of dress sizes!

Big 8/small 10, it's a royal pain in the arse! I'd either like to be a proper 10 or ideally a proper 8! If I get 10 jeans they're falling off, but I'm a bit muffin toppy in 8s! Other option is to stop wearing jeans and to wear skirts/dresses, but clothes are so bloody expensive!

It works, ladies. that's what I do - plenty of exercise. I go on a brief yo-yo diet every now and again, and I manage to maintain. The weight gain with the weight lifting isn't so bad because it stabilizes over time and you feel great.

Weight loss at the cost of your original beauty or health is insane, weight loss is actually a wrong term rather it should be called "WEIGHT MAINTENANCE" because efforts we make are only to get to the healthier scale not to melt our self just to reduce some inches, having pale face tired approach and deadly appearance after killing our selves doing hard work is not weight loss but it should be called "LIFE LOSS". are you agree?

Absolutely correct. Not long ago I was on weight loss spree, losing initial numbers was really tough for me as well. But later on I started drinking warm water entirely and my weight is constant ever since even if I had cheese burst twice last week.
