Hi I'm Leszek.
I would like to share with you my experiences in weight loss, increase vitality, improve motivation and humor in everyday life by increasing activity.
Some history
Last year, before I started to train running I weighed more than 100 kg (more than 220 pounds). My BMI index was 29 – that means I was overweight. Additionally I was overloaded at work and I was destroyed by stress. I thought how to lose weight and change my life.
I made decision that I want to help to myself.
Fortunately my colleagues from the office asked me to take a part in some running competition (between companies). I agreed… and It was the beginning.
The decision is one thing, while the second is to start training and self-motivation.
Believe me, it was not easy but the support of friends and desire to change my habits an appearance and mood too, meant that I started and work consequently.
Now I would like to share my progress in runnin and lose weight, with all those who also want to change.
I’m not a professional so each step in the pursuit of the goal is real experience from which everyone could benefit.
Today I am 86kg (189.6 lbs) and feel very well. I think I became addicted to activity on a fresh air.
