
wobbs! I always seem to maintain at 9st4, with a target of 9st (although it's lower now), it just seems to be what my body settles at! I tend to stay there for a few weeks not really watching what I eat and then get back on the wagon, so I'm not sure what would happen if I kept it up! But when I'm having a maintain phase, I weigh usually once a week as opposed to every day when I'm dieting!
