So I found my old body % results:

April 2013 - 36.7 fat %
July 2013 - 29.9 fat %

I'm aiming to build muscle and burn body fat so:
This morning April 2014 - 23.6 fat %

Love it shame I don't see it yet!

It does fluctuate but I think is frown too my lifestyle this last week and exercise. Confuses me but it's always fluctuated day to day even week to week in the past. Nice number though. If I hit around 20 I'll be happy

The muscle versus fat ratio of a human or other living being is the aggregate mass of fat separated by aggregate weight, duplicated by 100; muscle versus fat incorporates fundamental muscle to fat ratio and capacity muscle to fat ratio. Basic muscle versus fat is important to keep up life and conceptive capacities.

Congratulations! I'm also trying to reduce my body fat percentage while maintaining weight. Your progress is definitely inspirational.

Oh believe me March I am up from that, I don't know what to and I don't think I want to know but I did really well back then because I had the time to dedicate... I don't know and I'm trying to make it work, so far failing!

I know I can do it though (read my journals) it's just 'new' and different work commitments!

That must be frustrating if the time you can dedicate to fitness is lower Wobbles!

Success is not a straight line. You are still in the game...that is success. Short bouts of physical activity are still beneficial. I am still rooting for you! 👍

Think most people know short or even low intensity exercise is better than zero!
