Coz he's a bell end! Haha. I wouldn't give in to him about a night of the week he wanted to have them because they have football practice that night so he stopped all contact and went for a joint residency court order. He wanted 50/50 custody. He's backed down as he knows he won't win and has now applied for a access order. He's making himself look pathetic because I've never denied access, I just refused to have the boys stay out on a Tuesday and he spat his dummy out. It must have cost him hundreds by now and it's all a waste of time and money, but its his choice.
The court order is prepared and just waiting for the judge to order it on 27th. He's having them every Friday and Saturday night and 50% of all school holidays plus alternate Xmas and New Years. My solicitor says I've agreed to much access but like I said, it's not like I don't want him seeing them, I just wanted him to consider the boys routines when making his demands for them staying at his.
Wow, that turned into an essay lol xx

Oh wow why would he want to get in the way of their activities then have a mega sulk that costs £!
What your solicitor says is too much just shows you don't want your children to miss out on Daddy, selfless unlike some parents you hear of. Splitting time can't be nice (well I know its not) but we have to do what's right by our kids and not us ... Shame he didn't see that enough before involving courts into your private lives! X
