Barely bumped

I have been doing pretty good for lowering my exercise routines and still maintaining pretty close to my goal. Right now I am about 145lbs, maybe a shy bit more but not much. It works for my build but I am wondering what next week is going to look like. After the holiday yesterday I feel like I am twice my normal size.

One day won't do too much harm I wouldn't think! I know how awful the day after feels though when you're all bloated and uncomfortable! You've done so well to get to where you are now!!

Let me just say I did okay. Yesterday was my first day back in action. Back in October when I last really stated active (daily) I was 143.6 lbs this week I was at 147.2 lbs. I almost died yesterday barely doing what I would call the minimum but I hope to get back into some type of normal routine soon enough.

Nice

I always feel 'big' bloated and yuk after bad food in fact after holidays my body just did not like what I did to it at all

After getting back into it within the past (almost) two weeks I better bump next week and not in the bad way either. I started up on the 2nd. Spinning on the bike every week day so far (twice on the 2nd), then sit-ups and about 100 squats a day with weights too.
