Get it out of my house!

This last week, we ate far too much bread and pasta and I can feel the effects on my stomach. I have been so bloated and sore the last few days. I went through the kitchen and threw out the last bits of bread and rolls. We usually don't eat much of it, but for some reason last week, we "splurged" and got some bakery goods. Now I know why we don't usually do that, Thank goodness it's gone now, I know that if it isn't here, we won't bother with it. Back to almost no processed carbs! Whew!

You did the right thing in getting rid of it, it can be so tempting when it's just there. I find myself thinking about it until
I end up eating it just to get it gone!

I find things like this bloat me a lot too!

Don't throw the stuff out, at least feed it to the birds. I feel for you, this weekend I was really under the weather and for some reason I was the only person in the house who felt sickly. I hope it passes soon.

I cannot tell you how many times I throw carb-loaded food out just to get rid of it so I won't be tempted to stuff it down my throat!

Ice cream is the worst. I am not one of those people who can eat a cup of ice cream and feel satisfied. If it's in the house, I have to eat it even though it makes me bloated and gassy and is way over my daily carb limit.

That is why i do not buy all that stuff (bread, ice-cream;-)) any more! that is sooo right: if you do not have it at home, you have no chance to eat it;-)) so the best way just not to buy! you did right to get rid of that dread;-)

I love carbs! I can't give them up. The key for me is to be sure that I exercise and drink a lot of water. I think it flushes the carbs out of my system. I try to limit myself to only 1 carb a day (one potato, one serving of bread, etc.).
