Didn't weigh today...forgot but all still going well xx

I remember when my niece's communion was approaching I was really bemused by all the fuss, although I don't think it's quite as big where they are as where you are! Btw, your wee man will be a baby in my eyes forever, I swear he was only born 2 minutes ago time flies!

Well -1.8lb from Monday so in total I have lost 8.6lb since last Monday

Not going well have to knock this on head...making me bunged up

Stayed on in the finish..

Weighed in at -1.2lb but hadn't 'moved' for days I can't say that now

Weigh in today 10st 2.8 come on the 9's..never been more determined to see them

Yeah...I do need to drink more..slacking in that so that caused it. I thought about it overnight and thought if I veer off I'll be off till January so determined to keep this up until Xmas week and really I should be at target for this year and then I'll see how I feel. 2014 is all about exercise for me. Exciting
