To be fair I'm happy with my weight but defo want to try tone wobbly bits and just be healthy. Ideally I'm just aiming for 2 miles 5 times a week. I've shifted all my exercise equipment into one room and this is now the gym

It's my little mans communion in May so want to look good for that but my eldest is getting married in May 2015

so I don't intend tripping up next year

Once little man is in playschool next September for 2.5 hours a day I intend to spend some of it on me by either an outdoor walk or treadmill xx
