And it just keeps coming off now..weigh in today 9st 8.6lb bmi 23.9! Its also day 1 of af but obviously hasn't affected the scales. The only difference is breakfast. Instead of eggs I have 2 slices brown toast with cheese and on Saturday evening I had homemade curry..rice and naan bread so not total carb avoidance either

Sorry been so busy so haven't updated

Still loosely following but introduced more carbs in prep for Xmas and it has gone very well

Weighed this morning after 2 coffees and breakfast and 9st 8 so all going really well. Going to relax a little over xmas but the New year sees me exercising now I'm finally at a weight I'm comfy with

I still I can go abit lower so I'll get cracking in the new year again. I'm being really careful but eat some healthy carbs if I feel like it and have had a couple of craved happy meals

Think I'll start the new year (first monday) with WW with the 26 points with a view to lose whatever I gain and then up to 30 points and I'll be exercising so dont care about weight after that but shrinking inches.

I still can't believe I was 11st 10 this time last year and then put on over xmas!

You've done so well this year! That sounds a good plan with ww! I'm hoping to lose inches and tone up, but not lose any weight next year! I'm not sure how possible that is? But after all the months of trying to get under the 9s I've decided I don't like it it just sounds too low lol! Here's to us getting fit in 2014

To be fair I'm happy with my weight but defo want to try tone wobbly bits and just be healthy. Ideally I'm just aiming for 2 miles 5 times a week. I've shifted all my exercise equipment into one room and this is now the gym It's my little mans communion in May so want to look good for that but my eldest is getting married in May 2015 so I don't intend tripping up next year Once little man is in playschool next September for 2.5 hours a day I intend to spend some of it on me by either an outdoor walk or treadmill xx

I said when the small one started nursery I'd get so much more done, she does 2.5 days and I seem to spend most of them having just one more coffee always the way! I can't believe how old your wee man is now though
