Did you go low carb?
I low carb when I am focused but I don't not eat carbs and I have carb days. If I am low carbs I am high fat. I will always have carbs in things like bread, potatoes, rice and pasta but limited. I have higher carb days on exercise days and then the amount will depend on the intensity.
For example the other day I did a walk jog outdoors then a boxing class so I had rice. I have been low carb for 2 days, I didn't run today but hope to tomorrow and today I've had a jacket potato with a good wallop of salted butter because I can
I did serve that up with half a pot of cottage cheese *protein*.
There are also soooo many things I now love but once upon a time I hated ...

avocado
yogurt
oats
bananas which are a good good carb btw
