What kind of frozen veg is available there Marie? Maybe there is some in the frozen aisles.

Sadly, the frozen aisles are pretty limited too, peas, spinach and mixed veg for the most part. I have been able to get fresh butternut squash though, which is also really nice - and not a bad substitute for potatoes
