Anyone tried water noodles? they are like made of a few plant fibers, konjac?, and water. They are very high fiber and about 9 cals / packet. Taste okay with a good saucing but bit harsh on the gut due to fiber.
Yeh I can imagine they don't taste too great although I have been tempted. When you say hard on the gut do you mean running to the loo kinda harsh? lol
