Atkins - where to start?

Has anyone any information on how this diet works?

What I am and not allowed? I need a shake up, I don't seem to be able to get below my lowest for months. I pull back naughty times sooooo easy then stick. I don't fancy the 5:2.

Any advice and or experience with this diet?

Missed this somehow

Currently on day 4 as nothing quite shifts lbs like atkins!

If you go to the main atkins website and start with the main induction menu it will give you an acceptable food list for atkins.

Basically induction is 2 weeks. You can eat basically any meat...cheese (check carb count) and veg/salad..oh and eggs. I have already shifted over 4lb in 4 days

I'm not into soy drain it is possible that, I think it tastes horrendous! Also that its truly not that useful for most individuals however I figure everybody is diverse. I would say hot chocolate is useful for individuals on the off chance that they utilize true chocolate that is not excessively sweetened. Whatever is left of the beverages I can most likely see are okay for us!

I want to go on Atkins starting next week and I would love some advice on something. I know what I'm supposed to eat and not eat, but can I have a glass of wine once in a while?

Induction is your body's kickstart into fat burning mode so you need to be really strict. Then once it's gotten used to using excess body fats as fuel, you can slightly up your carb intake. The idea is to find the level of carbs where your body stops burning and starts storing. This will be your 'maintenance' point for life.

As for alcohol.... If you choose to drink after the induction phase, you'd be better sticking to hard spirits. Wines and beers are FULL of sugars. But spirits sugars have been turned to alcohol, so they're carb free. Have with diet drinks and voila. Sin free. You may find you're weigntloss will stop as your body will be processing the alcohol over anything else, and hunger pangs can worsen.
And water water water!!! ))
