You can do the same thing with other types of fish that you like as well. It could be tuna, mackerel, tilapia, or even pollock. I'm not a fan of eating raw fish so I always cook mine because of health reasons.
Oh my goodness that looks amazing. I love fish but have never tried to make it this way before. And with dill and mustard? Looks delish! I think that will be hitting the grill at my house this summer.
