Favorite Low Carb Snacks
I can go all day without thinking too much about goodies but in the evenings after dinner, all I can think about is sweet, gooey stuff.
Here's one of my favorite alternatives:
I mix 2 containers (4 oz each) sugar-free store-brand jello with one container of Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control yogurt and then squirt on a dollop of Reddi-Whip fat-free whipped topping.
The carb, sugar and calorie counts for these items are way low.
So for about 55 - 75 calories and maybe 5g carbs --- depending on how much topping I squirt on and whether I have one jello or two --- I can be in ooey-gooey-goody heaven and still keep my carb intake under control!
Anybody else have an idea to share?
what a nice diet desert) will put into my list;-)

Thanks for the tips. I also love Dannon Light & Fit Carb & Sugar Control yogurt. I like to mix it with fruit, which does the trick for me.
That sounds like a great dessert and not one that I would expect to be low carb, so it's good that it is!
I mix sugar free chocolate pudding with whipped topping to make a kind of chocolate mousse when I am craving something sweet. I haven't tried the carb and sugar control yogurt, but I will have to look into it.

Oh, that is a fantastic idea, Shania! I will have to try that. I love chocolate entirely too much, and this could do the trick.
Yogurt is my go-to for a sweet snack. I add dark chocolate granola, some cherries, a little agave, and voila! A tasty parfait.

There is sugar free chocolate pudding? Where?
Sounds like a good mix, fruit would be nice with it too, I often have fruit with a muller light.
Low-carb foods include seafood, meat, and eggs. On a low-carb diet, you can also have some fruits and vegetables, such as avocados and apricots. Other veggies include broccoli and eggplant. Many people adhere to a
low-carbohydrate diet to reduce their weight, control their blood sugar levels, or treat various illnesses.
