Started in May

I've got about half the 3 lo's done and made their lists and just tick off (or add to it ) All things on offer though

I spend Xmas at home I make a xmas eve buffet with all homemade. I cook and prep all xmas eve. Then xmas day we have dinner early at 1pm-1.30pm Last xmas all 3 lo's had chicken pox And my biggest little man woke me with him vomitting We waited half an hour in my kitchen having a drink/coffee whilst he felt better and everyone else got up before we went to see what Santa brought

And now even though my older kids are 23, 18 and 14 they are still adamant I leave out their little piles out as if santa has been which I think is lovely

I love Christmas! Holly will be 22 months old this Christmas so hopefully will be more excited than last year.
I haven't got any presents yet though, I tend to be very unorganised!!

I'm hoping to have the 3 little kids finished by end september apart from their trampoline which I'll get in November as I don't want to store it for that long

Older kids I've got their 3 mains already and I might get them a cheap tablet each as well and then it'll just be smellies/socks and clothes/boots for the girls. I don't buy my eldest clothes, I just give him abit of money to buy his own.

Hubby I'm not sure :/

I'm actually pretty organised this year I knew I had less money this year so have just had to budget longer and have set up a saving plan for the summer which should have me finished in september

How can you even think about Christmas in this heat? Of course we don't have kids at home any more so it doesn't mean as much as it once did, plus we only have ourselves to worry about. Kudos to all of you well prepared beings.

im nearly done the kids already I've been buying things on offer for the past month or so, just a couple of quid a week. My two get 15 presents only, 5 stocking, 5 main and 5 to share. We have a big extended family so they get spoilt anyway by other people. Once all their presents are bought ill move onto other members of the family using my Park Vouchers in October. Me and my MIL always have a 2 day christmas shopping trip in chester each year, its great.

We stay at the inlaws for xmas. Each year we go to the panto on xmas eve, tickets are already booked for this year, front row centre then when we get back to inlaws and have a buffet tea and my SIL puts the kids to bed and then we wrap the last of the presents and drink wine in front of their log fire. Then we wake up in the morning and 'santa' has left presents on the breakfast table and FIL makes dippy eggs, then we go through to the lounge, light the fire again and start opening presents slowly. There is usally 14 of us for xmas dinner which we have in the main dining room and me and my MIL make a 3 course meal.

oh and we all wear silly xmas jumpers!

Xmas jumpers:

Dinner!

Family time playing on games

i love it!

its like a traditional xmas, my inlaws live in a big victorian house so theres plenty of room for us all to stay over... we stay there for 3 days - xmas eve, xmas day and boxing day

We have a 'no phone' policy for most of the day, light the fire, snuggle down on the sofas in the main lounge and just have fun!!!
