Whoops, not been on in too long my leg feels great, it's still a bit sore if I push it too much, but is generally good. I'm back running again, but doing it c25k style with walking and running intervals. It's frustratig, but defo worth it!

Glad you're feeling better and getting back into it

Walking and running intervals sounds like a good way to ease your way back into it

I feel like I'm right back at the beginning again, it's crazy! I probably could do more than I am, but don't want to push it. But it's so frustrating!

That's what I keep telling myself, I'm not particularly training for anything ATM, so I just need to take it easy! I feel really good ATM though, I did run2/walk1 last night and felt really strong at the end still!
