Blue!
That is my word and maybe someone can chime in here. Traveling through London for the wedding of a friend (my husband walked her down the aisle) we kept seeing these street signs and it looks to us like "No blue circles". For some reason anything circle related always reminds me of these darn signs. Does anyone here know what they mean?

I had a look on Google as I am intrigued as well, but couldn't find anything about what they meant. They were just talking about blue circular road signs. It would be interesting to find out!
