do you eat to live or do you live to eat

If you are happy with your weight and of course if there is a medical problem this is not for you. Media, celebs, magazines weightloss classes are always there to tell you what to eat and when to eat.The only problem is that once the novelty wears off dieting occupies your mind most of the time and the only release is go back to your old habits. The only solution to this problem is just eat normally. Why not just "normal food" for example cereal but not putting lots of fruit and the like, you can have that during the day at anytime. lunch, sandwich no crisps etc, dinner, what ever you want but not processed food. Whatever they tell you processed food has to have sugar and salt to preserve. Of course its nice to have chocolate, cake, biscuits, nuts etc, but this should be classed as a treat and not an everyday occurrence.
Obviously you will not be starving yourself and the pounds will take a bit longer to come off, but eventually I am sure you will stay that way. Instead of time taken looking at diet books, magazines and trying to locate certain foods which is not easy, you can be admiring yourself looking great and not disappointed. Remember if you are overweight you are eating too much and of the wrong food also. ONLY YOU CAN CHANGE

Clean eating is a good food routine to follow.

If you do aim to lose weight you can eat healthy but you can still over eat. Following a 'diet' a 'plan' can discipline people to reach their goals.
