My husband and I lost 6 stones and managed to keep it all off, up a bit down a bit but no great damage done. The support we had on here was wonderful. Like a big virtual cuddle.I am ashamed to say that I have regained 3 of the stones and am so ashamed of myself.
I would like to get them off by next April (end of) not just for health reasons, although my knees are playing merry hell with me but also for personal reasons. We are going on a dream cruise in April. Revisiting some of the places around the Meddi we used to go to when young I am 69 by the way. I have a wardrobe full of summer clothes I can't get into, many of them new. It would do no end of good to my confidence and self esteem to get back in them. So there you are. I stand before you as a fat lump of failure
