Hi everyone!

Hi everyone, Im 28 and I suffer from overweight, I started the keto diet it has been a year, but I see rare improvements (200g weight loss maximum) I hope to learn more from you guys, and I hope to be welcomed

I'm in a healthy diet plan..1st week of my diet just eat small rice untill the body will adjust..2nd week will eat Two meals a day .. but only in low carbs food ..More on eggs,meat,beef as long in low carbs .. offcourse to stop hunger cravings ..I'm also drinking red tea ..which helps alot on my lossing weight diet plan ..

What is Leto diet? I really need to look into. It and see if I could do it.
