Here to keep myself on track for a while

Hello Social Slimmers, I go by March. I'm here just to keep myself eating well and healthily. I find that sharing my progress with a community of other focused people helps keep me accountable and focused. Though I'm not here specifically for weight loss, the insecure side of me hopes that I'll lose weight anyway, hehe.

My plans are the following:
> exercise and stretch daily
> eat ~1500 calories daily
> drink at least 1L water daily (will up to 1.5L when I'm more used to staying hydrated)

I've replied to other posts of yours this morning but hello again and welcome to Social Slimmers

Good to see the 1500 calories and not the typical under eating 1200 goals (which I have also been guilty of)!

Keep slowly upping that water intake to 2-3 litres, hard isn't it
