Well hello there!

Good Afternoon Fellow Slimmers!

My name's Lauren and I have joined today for a little extra motivation and for some ideas and tips and tricks for shifting a few Christmas pounds (yes I know it's February now but I'm still blaming it on Christmas...)

I'm currently following Slimming World and have a stone to lose so it shouldn't be as difficult as I'm making it! I now exercise 4 times a week so I am hoping that will also be a kick starter.

The things I struggle with most are lack of will power and boredom so I know this time round I need to find a way to focus on staying on plan and finding recipes and snacks that keep me interested!

Excited to join you all on your journey too, it was nice to 'meet' you all!

I'm with you on several points you've made... though my Christmas weight is from a few years ago too
Have you followed SW previously?

You get bored of limiting food options or the type of exercise you do? What is your exercise routine?
