Hey everyone I'm new to dieting Im currently over 17stone and 5'5 I eat a lot of the time and have gained a lot of weight, Id like a Diet Buddy that is around the same weight and Height.I don't want gain anymore weight so I have to limit myself to get to 10stone.I enjoy going to the sauna and light exercise.

Well I want to eat healthy ,Its nearly NEW YEARS 2019 and I would love to fit into a pair of shorts
