Im new. Ive been on my weight loss journey for 2 years, had times when ive caved and eaten tons in a weekend, had times when i really just didnt care about my diet anymore and times when i ate nothing each week to try and shift the weight. So far ive lost 7 stone. Im at the stage where im really struggling to shift the last stone but finding it difficult to eat right. Where i dont have an oven or microwave, im stuck at eating either 2 tins a meal or convenience food (probably spelt that wrong).

Im not giving up but im really struggling

You’ve done amazing with your losses so far!
When you say you’re left to eat tins /convenience food, in what kind of way do you mean? Would using fresh ingredients not be easier?

Welcome to Social Slimmers

I'm also confused what you mean by the tins. Do you not have a microwave or oven?

My last stone was a nightmare to get off and a nightmare again when I put it back on .... which is current situation

I have no microwave or oven. Fresh ingredients would be better but unless i can eat it as it is bought... cant have it

Can I ask why you don't have an oven or microwave? If you want to answer of course.

Salads and already cooked meats and good fruits. I can imagine getting bored of that though. Made me realise what we can take for granted because I can't think how I would eat a varied menu without an oven. I don't use my micro much.
