I'm new to this & Slimming world

So, It's day 1. I think these are free, but if anyone could confirm I'd be super grateful.

Thai Taste. Folded Rice Noodles (Dried).

Yes they will be free.
Dried noodles/rice/pasta are free unless they're in some flavouring (Super Noodles, Batchelors Super Rice, Pasta & Sauce, or the cheaper supermarket versions of these) then there are syns.
There are also syns in the fresh noodles/rice/pasta.
