hi guys, how are you all doing? well i got on the scales this morning, ive not had the best of weeks, fell off the wagon a few times, mostly to it being that time of the month, so was very surprised to find that i have lost 2lbs, so i now weigh in at 15st n 7 lbs...i suppose the walking at least 5 miles per day has been helping, i feel absolutely whacked today!!... but meals all prepped for tomorrow to help me stay on track!!... hope you all have a fantastic week!!

That walking will defo defo help. Well done I love good results when yu don't expect them

I find I go off track if I don't meal plan and sometimes prep for lunch! Which reminds me I want to make some soup today!
