Hi Folks

Hello everyone.

I am a new member of the community based in the UK. I have a load of weight to lose. Previously I was very successful with Slimming World until it all came back again. So this time I am trying Eat Stop Eat.

So far it is going OK. I have worked out that if I can lose 2 lbs a week I will be at the top end of my healthy weight range by this time next year. 2lb a week does not seem unrealistic!

Here goes nothing!

Well, I decided to try this Intermittent Fasting idea as my hubby does most of the cooking and I cannot guarantee he makes the most sensible choices. I also spend a lot of time staying in hotels so food choices are limited. Also my willpower, when presented with a plate of something delicious, is pretty poor. I was travelling on business last week and realised I had gone all week just having an evening meal and hadn't felt hungry so I thought I would try and carry this on. So far it is painless. OK by the time dinner comes around I am pretty hungry but if I don't increase the portion size then I have to lose weight.

Worth a try.
