hi guys newbie to forum

hi guys I'm J
new to the forums
I am an everyday Joe with a regular job (not in the fitness industry),
i work out a few times a week and watch what i eat.

benn on every diet under the sun. along the way i have found somethings that worked for me and some that didn't. more importantly some that were more sustainable than other.

currently i have been carb cycling on and off for a year, and i feel its kept me in the range of my goal physique

if anyone is interested in how please let me know

Welcome to SS

I've done carb cycling, it gave my body some awesome changes but didn't work long-term. I have carb and fat days based on training.
