The small things in life !
Boyfriend struggling to keep up when walking lol never ever would I believe that !
Energy flying up the stairs
Scales gone down in two weeks lost a stone in weight like what the hell and have treats
Skin feels amazing from fresh fruit veg water
My mood has lifted as I feel lighter
Only bad thing I have is I feel my gut gets constipated lol ha any tips it's weird I'm eating healthier than ever but can't poo poo ha ha

Ah shit I'm on two nights and stress full and I pigged out on a mars bar and all because my boyfriend really pushed me saying ooooh pizza Sunday grrrrrr

What exactly are flexible Syns again ?! Is it just using Syns end of week ! I'm sticking to my diet eating but feel slightly dizzy wonder what causing it X I reckon sugar withdrawal X

Flexi-Syns are where you plan them in advance.
For example, you're out for a meal and/or drinks one night, and you plan to use a particular syn limit, say 50 Syns. You keep track of everything you eat/drink and once you've hit that 50 syn limit, you switch back to syn free things instead.
You don't change anything about your Syns during the week and still use your 5-15 each day through the rest of the week. You aren't guaranteed a loss, but at least you are in control of your night/day out (whatever you flexi syn for) and you know what you've had.

Flexi Syns shouldn't be used in hindsight, if you have a bad day, draw a line under it and start fresh the next day.

If you are feeling dizzy a lot, I'd go to the doctors and double check everything. It may be lack of sugar, but I'd always prefer to be safe than sorry
