Hiya guys,

I'm not great at these introduction things so I'll keep it brief...

I've been trying to lose weight for some time now and always seem to fail (I guess that's working in an office for you), but I've now come across Slimming World.

I must admit, I was sceptical at first but within two weeks of doing it, I've lost 8 lbs.

This brings me to current predicament... the stress of my current job often makes me order a takeaway or reach for that extra glass of vino in the evenings.

This time around, I'm dedicated to losing my extra pounds (well, I actually have 2 stone to lose in total, roughly).

Lovely to meet ya'll and look forward to supporting as much as possible too!

Hi Nikki and very well done on your losses so far, you're doing brilliantly.

Could you swap the wine for a Gin and slimline maybe or some other spirit with a diet mixer? The syns are much kinder. And maybe look into the Fakeaways Slimming World recipe book so you can make your own takeaways (or have something ready in the fridge to go, in case you can't be bothered to cook).

Best of luck for this week
