New year new me...4 months late

Good morning,

I've been trying to keep track of my weight and goals in my own diary but it doesn't give me any motivation so hopefully I have found a place where I can do this which will give me the motivation needed.

I'm an ex rugby player with a dodgy knee from a leg break which I could blame my weigh gain on but the truth is...I eat too much, drink too much and use my knee as an excuse not to exercise! I hit 20 stone last year and have dropped a stone in the past 5 weeks from just small changes to diet. Now the real fun begins, 19st to 14st! I'll be looking to start a blog in the near future, hopefully it'll be a successful one!
