Haven't posted for ages

But I'm still around! One of my oldest friends has turned my life around. I was and, still am, overweight and she introduced me to a fitness club. The emphasis is on healthy eating, healthy shopping and healthy cooking. Also gentle exercise well within the person's abilities and building up gradually. I went from creaky knees and getting easily out of breath to riding a bike and being able to walk much further and with less pain and breathlessness than I have done for years.
A side effect of this new lifestyle is that I am losing weight... down 2 dress sizes Slowly and steadily which has always been my goal.
I have made some lovely new friends, all of us with the same goal.

This is an awesome update.... well done you I wish I'd have started my exercise sooner than I did and also like you have made friends and bonus is they like talking about the same things and goals as me which I bore my partner with haha!
