Another Minimins transfer here. i used the site loads about 9 years ago when i first lost all the weight. Now I need to try and do it for the 4th time (having got bigger every time I've regained) so this is my biggest challenge yet.

I've started to love going to the gym so i dont polan to do the usual cambidge/lipotrim technique. this time, its low carb and exercise. at least until after my holiday in 2 weeks. then maybe I'll reconsider.

Hi and welcome

Sounds like you'll do great - I did low carb / gym / powerlifting in the past and it worked well. I'm on SW this time around (after gaining when I stopped doing all the above). Needed motivation and accountability after struggling for months on my own.

Look forward to celebrating your losses with you - a lot of us have journals and post in each others for support. Hope you enjoy the board.
