Hey guys!
just joined to group to get more motivation from everyone! I've also posted in the challenges to set up a 10 day eating challenge!
i started clean eating 6 months ago and felt so much better for it, it ain't a diet its a lifestyle and as cliche as it sounds I'm not always bored and fed up of thinking I'm on a diet! yes i have naughty weekends and nights of madness but generally its all good and the weight comes off with hard work and determination!
looking forward to working with you lot on losing some more stubborn fat!!

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Healthy eating is definitely the way to go. It's why I joined Slimming World. Their plan is for life and promotes healthy eating, not just a faddy restrictive diet that leaves you starving and craving junk food.

Good luck on your continuing weight loss journey.
