Habit of a lifetime

hi my name is Lyndsey and I struggle everyday to lose weight I've tried every diet and failed them all since I got married I've put 3 stone back on and can't lose it. Help😂

Hi Lyndsey. I'm doing SW myself, not going to classes just following it from the last time I tried it.
Do you have any idea as to what plan/diet you want to follow. I've tried a few different ones in the past. I think it's hard but if you can find one that suits you and your lifestyle then its easier and more sustainable.

Hi, I have tried SW but unfortunately I can't stick to it. I have tried weight watchers and I find potion control and basically eating anything but staying within your points. Everyday I start and I have let myself down by tea time. Thankyou for replying

Hi Lyndsey, welcome to the forum. I'm very new here myself. Hope you find it as helpful as I have. I'm doing Slimming World because there's very little weighing and the free foods are amazing. Wishing you luck. X

Hi Lyndse,

Welcome to Social Slimmers.

I think whatever path you take the beginning will always be the toughest and only your own determination will get through. Keep reminding yourself why you want to lose weight and create mini goals ... the end goal always seems so far away. Changes to your food habits will soon be habit.

What about just healthy eating ... I clean eat a lot but my food preferences can be between clean and paleo I think, basically I follow no 'diet'.
Less processed foods
Less long life foods
More fruit veg
Eat wholegrain
Swap out certain foods
High protein
Good fats
Greek yogurts & fresh fruit

Don't forget your water & green teas of course. You can do it

Thankyou, I am lacking that determination, it's so horrible and makes me really sad. I am currently 16 stone and feel disgusting. I need some inspiration from somewhere
