Hi everyone!

I'm looking for some inspiration so really glad I found this forum on Google. I've been doing SW since February and have lost 1.5 stone, but obviously really slowly. I've got fibromyalgia /ME so can't do any exercise other than walking and take lots of meds which don't help. I've got back to my usual size of clothes after ballooning last Autumn/Winter but still need to lose more as I'm way overweight. But because my old clothes fit again I've lost the motivation and have begun stuffing my face with junk again! Hope I find some tips on here to help with my journey x x

Hi Alicat,

Welcome to Social Slimmers

for your weight loss so far and even bigger well done for battling the obstacles you have between #determination but it is easy to fall back ... why don't you find some nice target clothes in the next size down? I did that and it really pushed me ... I also split a pair of jeans once for trying so be careful of that haha!
