Hi Laura,

Welcome to Social Slimmers

So you don't eat meat fish or veg? There are things I didn't like or stomach but I now enjoy ... I don't eat fish and can't but meat and veg are important in your diet. I mostly eat chicken and have my preference in veg depending what I eat!

Good luck getting to goal ... you can do it #repeat x

Hello Laura!

Do you not like the texture of any meat? Is it the cooked texture or mental thing from the raw feel of meat do you think?
