'Waves' - hi!

Hi guys! A newbie here for a bit of support and inspiration. Keeping a diary on my own doesn't work for me, so I'm hoping seeing others achieve and getting support is the way to go.

I'm following the exante total plus plan for 4 weeks, with a fair bit of exercise thrown in. Only on day 2 at the moment. Hunger is striking!!! I plan on weaning off after, with better habits!

But....I've gained over a stone since I bought my wedding dress, and I now only have 6 weeks to get in it before serious alterations are made!

Wish me luck

Hi Kittyslim, welcome. Good luck with the diet. If its any help I found doing Exante that the hunger pangs went after day 3. Just remember to drink plenty fluids. For me the hurdle was about day 5 my body was screaming for some natural food. I remember caving in and eating an apple. It was the best apple I have ever eaten Still I didn't have a goal to push me through.
Another thing to watch is the exercise not sure if the one you are doing is the 600 cal / day. You will not be taking in enough calories for your body to repair after heavy exercise I would keep it light and slow but if you are going hard carry a carton of chocolate milk for fast re-hydration in case of emergency feeling faint and take a magnesium supplement or couple of Brasil nuts as the cramps will be awful and it will protect against arrhythmia.
Hope some of that helps am sure you will manage you sound very motivated and I wish you the best of luck. Should you struggle switching to a 1:1 is a good fallback still with great weight loss. 1 day balanced healthy 'normal' eating > 1200 cals. Next day 500-600 cals meal replacements.

Welcome to Social Slimmers.

Just take one day at a time and it's only for 4 weeks. The hunger will pass. You just need to get pass that feeling and the following days will be easier.

Hi Kittyslim,

Welcome to Social Slimmers. I've not looked up on exante... do they have a plan for those who exercise?
