Hi there 😊

Hi there, evening all 🙋

I'm Hollie, 26 from Bristol.

I started my weightloss Journey on November 19th 2014, simply following the Slimming World plan from home 👍

I don't do lots of exercise, just power walking with the pup mainly!

To date I have lost 4st 1lb 😊

Hi Lou,

I think it helps to have a diary where you can write everything down so you can keep track of everything your eating. Even a lick of the spoon.
