Dont give up!!

Hi every one, basically i was overweight for at least 15yrs!Now i have lost 4st 7lbs in approx 8mths by changing my life style.I was the original pie eating bloke who thought that slimming was not for me,however when i got to 15st 10lb(im only 5ft6"..5ft7 with me cubans on!) i decided to do something about it.
So i binned the daily intake of at least 6 pints of cider/lager,crisps,bread,nuts,biscuits,macdonalds,chines e/indian takaways, fish shops visits and went on mission to prove to myself and others i could once again be slim!
I replaced the above grub with a diet of really eating anything that was low fat ie ready meals with less than 5g of fat in them as a main meal, low fat soup and a sandwich for lunch and fruit...and only drank coors lager but not on a school night as they say!
i dont mean to brag but i do feel proud of myself and it is so good to prove all my critics wrong...there the ones who called me fat lad 8 mths ago!
so dont give up and feel free to ask me anything about ready meals as i cant cook either!!
