Hi I'm new to slimming world. Would like advice on my menu to see if im doing it rite today im going to have ham and egg basket for breakfast crab stick salad with slimming world seafood sauce fruit and fat free yogurt. For dinner slimming world spaghetti Bol and snack throughout day slimming world houmous and carrot sticks is tha too much??

Haysher why don't you start a diary in the Dieting Journals section. There's lots of us there can offer advice and support.
