nanny annie

Hi everyone,trying to lose weight isn't,everyone?????just started slimmer,s world at home ,so don't know too much about it.got the food optimising book ,I'm going to do green and original ,so wish me luck .need to lose 8kilos.I have fruit and veg juiced for breakfast cereal about 3hours later and my evening meal and a yogurt I don't do snacks ,am I eating enough.I made roast chicken veg and roast potatoes gravity fry lite, on chicken and spuds,3 small spuds each .how many sins on green my Nick name is Nanny Annie.

I started in the easy plan and did very well. Good luck on green and original plan
