Hi all

Hi all
I'm starting the slimming world diet today
If anyone has any tips to speed weight loss...things I can graze on while watching tv(instead of crisps and chocolate ).... Anything good for the sweet tooth I always have after a meal etc
Looking to lose a good 3stone

Welcome to the forum

It's not for a sweet tooth but the more you can venture away from the sweet taste the better. I love the homemade dip I posted HERE - You can dip carrots peppers celery cucumber anything you want. Adapt to taste minus or plus ingredients.

For a sweet tooth take a look at this recipe idea HERE

You could also have:
Sugar free jelly (I find raspberry the sweetest)
Low calorie options/highlights
Mullerlight cherry layer yogurts are sweet, you look forward to getting to the bottom
Vanilla mullerlights with summer berries (I get these from the freezer) and for those days you 'need' to be a little naughtier add a meringue.
