Hello :)

Hi All.

My name is Chris and I live in Kempston, Bedfordshire.

Just stumbled across this website. Looks good so I thought I'd join.

Ive done Slimming World a few times in the past and have always been successful whilst on plan. A few years ago, I lost 4 stone which was my goal. Took me to 15 Stone.

Since however, I have put the weight back on and when I started SW at the beginning of January weighed in at 18Stone10lb.

I want to get down to 14 Stone. Ive not been 14 Stone since, well, I don't know when (probably since I was at school to be honest).

Since then, I have lost a total of 2 Stone 2lb 5oz (every ounce counts).

My BMI has gone from 35.4 to 31.3.

I love Slimming World and am still amazed by what I can eat!

I usually follow the EE plan but must profess that I don't always eat the 1/3 Super-Free I'm supposed to (but I don't eat more of other stuff either though).

Im looking forward to chatting with you all and hope you find my posts helpful.

Keep smiling and remember, one day at a time!

Hi Chris

I love slimming world too, finding it so much easier than any diet I tried before. Congratulations on your 2St 2lb 5oz loss (I won't leave out those important ounzes), that's fantastic!

Look forward to seeing you around the boards, best of luck with your week

Hi Chris

Welcome and well done on your current loss. I started my journey on SW and it changed many of my eating habits for the better. Good luck, hope to see you around
