Hiya, I'm sure most will know me but just in case

I'm following WW, a diet that I've found to suit my lifestyle the most. I've tried SW in the past and gained or stayed the same most weeks as I just couldn't get the carb balance right. WW works for me but mostly at this stage I need to exercise.

I've got a treadmill, bike and X-trainer at home plus the 30ds, now all I need to do is kick myself into gear and lose these last few lb's
