There are many reasons why people gain belly fat, including poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress. Improving nourishment, expanding action, and making other way of life changes would all be able to help.

5. Quitting smoking and reduce alcohol consumption
Smoking is a risk factor for increased belly fat, as well as many other serious health concerns. Quitting can significantly reduce the risk from excess belly fat, as well as improve overall health. Alcohol contains too much hidden sugar, which is one of the reasons for excessive calorie intake, and also affects the growth of belly fat.
