You've done so amazingly! I've really got to quit, I've lost count of the amount of times I've either gone to bed thinking that's it, or had a shower and thought I won't smoke any more today and then 10 minutes later I've caved  my will power's shocking!
Are you feeling better for it?!xx

My willpower has been appalling over the years ... I honestly feel good for it. Obviously I'm using a low mg nicotine replacement but I'm noticing differences and the cravings have been very short.

Thought I would update - I have been quit over 2 months now and very happy  Can't believe I've managed it and yes I've had a slip up but it may have been the best slip up, it was disgusting!

One Shock Therapy and you quit smoking
Dear Wobbles, I hope you don't need the kind of shock therapy that I got which made me quit smoking for good. My father and I were chain smokers until he was diagnosed with emphysema from which he died. His sudden death led me to quit.
