Staying fit while pregnant

i am 38 years old and pregnant with number #3 ( got pregnant after just loosing 25 pounds and i had just got back to a normal weight /BMI range ).

Currently 17 weeks pregnant so i am trying to stay fit and eat healthy as much as possible .

I am hitting the gym at least 3 times a weeks and swimming once a week .

So far i put on 4 pounds .

How many weeks are you and what do you do to try to stay fit or wish to do ?

the most I can do is roll out of bed atm hehe!

I went to the gym until 18/20 weeks when I was pregnant with DS1 I felt better for doing it but I have low blood pressure and ended up getting really dizzy once I had finished.

What are doing at the gym. I did bikes, treadmill and rowing machine ( got told off for them)

It's good because even though you're pregnant you still stay physically fit. Because when i'm pregnant i always eat and i don't care if the food makes me fat, but then, when my baby comes out i just realized i am so fat, so i decided to need to get back my body before i get pregnant, So now I didn't eat a food with high carb. , and thanks god my baby is 8 months old now and i think i loss a little weight. =)

Wow, congrats on you and feel happy cause you did not gain weight much, unlike me.. but it's okay, I'm start on dieting again.

Anytime I even tried to exercise while pregnant it always made the morning sickness worse and I had that stuff morning, noon and night. I would stick with the swimming myself if I had to do it over again, it seems very low impact and still does work wonders for most ladies I know.
